Transition to Email Invoicing

** The 2026 billing cycle will be the final year that invoices are mailed and in paper form **

Beginning with the fall 2027 invoicing cycle, the Association will move entirely to email-based invoicing. This change is being made to:

  1. Reduce administrative and mailing costs, ensuring more of your fees directly support community maintenance and improvements.
  2. Simplify the process, allowing for faster, easier delivery and payment of invoices.
  3. Support environmental sustainability by reducing paper use and waste.

This is your Association, and every effort we make to improve efficiency and lower costs benefits all homeowners.
By embracing digital communication, we can direct more resources toward maintaining and enhancing the community we share.

To ensure you continue receiving your invoices and important updates,

Annual Community Fees – Due

2026 Invoices will be mailed out the first week of January 2026

account number (from the invoice)
in the PayPal comment below
or your payment cannot be verified

 

Homeowners confirming payment of their invoice prior to midnight, January 31 2026, will receive the early payment credit of $50 towards their 2027 HOA fees.

Please refer to your invoice and enter your payment amount, and account number or
Panorama address and proceed to PayPal or Checkout.

We now support Interac e-Transfer payments. Send all payments to etrans@panhillsestates.ca 

Please be sure to include your Panorama home address and account number (from the invoice)
in the e-Transfer comment or your payment cannot be verified

Important note: Please save and or print your PayPal transaction information as your official receipt.
PHEHA accounting will not respond to messages requesting confirmation or receipts.
There is a minimum fee of $50 for any additional accounting transactions.
