The PHEHA Board is actively recruiting new volunteers to take on specific responsibilities. Presently the area of interest is construction.
Here is a brief overview of the area that the board would like to fill:
Construction:
Oversee overall physical maintenance of the large signage sites. This would include masonry, electrical, or lighting repairs or upgrades. Depending on the work required, working closely with landscaping might be required.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer is an executive volunteer position offered by the Panorama Hills Homeowners Association (PHEHA) Board of Directors. Is accountable to the President or the Board of Directors. Governed by the Mission Statement and working within the policies and procedures of the Association, the Treasurer alongside the Finance Committee, work on establishing sustainable and diverse revenue generation, oversees financial activities, and supports fundraising initiatives.

• Time Commitment: Average of 1-2 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS
All volunteers must be members in good standing of the Panorama Hills Estates Homeowners Association (PHEHA). If selected to sit on the board, the position will be confirmed at the next PHEHA AGM. The positions may be for either a 2 or 3 year term, ( as we currently have alternating years of election ).
These positions are completely voluntary in nature, although, after one year of service, the yearly dues are suspended and an honorarium of $100 is given to all active board members. In as much as we are recruiting for specific areas, all members are an equal part of the board and all decisions are board decisions,
